Menu Plan Monday Week 2/13-2/19

This week’s menu plan will be simple and easy. I have too much to do with my school work and cooking complicated recipe is not an option. But on valentine’s day I am planning to bake cup cakes with my girls since our Daddy is not here yet and maybe we are going to eat out, when my schedule permits.

Breakfast: Bagel, French toast, chicken tocino, bacon, eggs, waffles, and cereals.

Lunch: Vegetable soup, PB&J; sandwich, spaghetti and sausage, mac & cheese, baked tilapia.

Dinner: Leftover spaghetti, fish sticks and mac&cheese;, baked chicken and mixed veggies, pizza.

Kids’ snacks: string cheese, yogurt, crackers with cream filling, fruits, veggies and dip.

Beverages: Milk, orange juice, apple juice, and water.

Once I am done with my school stuff I can start planning on cooking some recipes that I haven’t tried yet. For more menu ideas and even recipes you want to try, check out orgjunkie.com.
