For the following weeks until almost the end of February I will just be preparing meals for me and the girls. Hubby is currently on training. For this week, I am planning to just make something for the girls and I will start my fruit and salad and less carbs diet. I hope I can get through it. I eat rice 3x a day and I am not sure how I am going to get through this.
For the girls I am planning to follow this menu for them:
Brakfast: – Muffins, cereals with milk, egg sandwich, toast with bacon and sausage, pancake
Lunch: – PB&J; with fruits, chicken strips with fries, fish and chips, noodles and bread, spring rolls.
Dinner: – Chicken adobo, sauteed veggies and rice, vegetable soup, pizza, and left over, if any.
Snacks: Carrots stick, celery with dip, sliced apples with caramel dip, crackers with cream filling.
