The number one spot for the world's richest man in the world now goes to Carlos Slim Helu of Mexico as announced by Forbes. Accordingly, for the third time the world has a new billionaire. Last year it was Warren Buffet topped the richest man of the world but now he ranked third behind Bill Gates, the co-founder of Microsoft, who is second this year.
