Black Friday II

Tomorrow is known as black Friday II wherein it's another big shopping day here in the US. Most of the stores here open as early as 5am. I heard JCPenney will be open at 5:30am tomorrow and Macy's opens at 6am. The mall near us will open around 7am too. I remember when I worked in retail before, our store is situated inside the mall, and I dreaded getting up early to open the store during holiday season. So I really don't know if I will go shop at that early. The early bird special that they have will only be until 1pm so if you want to get the best deals you can start your shopping day as early as possible. This after the holiday sale is big especially that most stores were not able to have a good sale before Christmas. The rate of sales this year is lower than the previous years. I learned through the news that only Wal-mart had the boost this year compared to other retail stores. This is the result of the economic crisis that we are in right now. There are only two things that can happen with the state of our economy, it will get better or it will get worst, but hopefully we can see a glimmer of hope in this coming year.

Bath and Body Works

Do you like to shop at Bath and Body Works? I do. Right now they have so many gift ideas that you can give to your love ones. They also have offers and discounts available. So you will get their coupons, you can subscribed to them by submitting your email at their website or even in store. I got a coupon for a FREE 6" Little Lambie with any in store purchase. Offer ends until December 14 only. My little girl would surely love this little stuffed toy.

My Coupon Organizer

My husband was asking me one time where the heck I am putting all the coupons that I printed out and cut from the papers. It got me too. At first I put it in a letter envelope but it don't have compartments to sort the coupons. So when we were at Walmart, I found this small plastic check organizer and thought I could make it as my coupon organizer. It does really serve the purpose. I am able to segregate the coupons accordingly. But I saw this cool and real coupon organizer/stacker called couponizer at couponizer.com. I will definitely get one. I will post it here whenever I have the budget to buy one :-)

Clipping Coupons

I have been clipping coupons and uses it when we do our grocery shopping. It does really help but I still lack the strategy of doing my shopping. My husband sometimes will be amused by me because I am so engrossed with my clippings and when he asked me I am not attentive to him. But he is happy that I am doing this and so supportive of me. Every week I am looking forward to receive the bunch of flyers and coupons in the mail from different stores here in our place. Also thankful for other sites like www.coupons.com where you can print coupon from different manufacturers as well.
